"I guess when I first thought about Hypnotherapy for weight and eating I hoped that it would be a magic cure and in a way it was, just not what I expected. I thought (hoped) I would come out being distgusted by 'bad' food, but I'm not, I just freely choose not to a hell of a lot more than I used to. This is not a magic cure and Jenni will tell you that herself. What it is though is a great tool to draw on for the rest of your life."
